What a joke that place is I have been a hi level k member for a few years. The comps are terrible. The host only calls you when they want you down for something. I earned alot of teir January and February. But free play keeps going down. They takeaway about all our old offers. It was much better when it was the horshoe. I'm am done with that place along with many of my other k member friends.

Can't get on craps because they are short handed employees tell me it's because Jack Cleveland only will hire them part time to save money. Also your slots are a joke if you really want to lose fast just go in hi limit room that will drain your wallet fast. Haven't heard from host in a month. And I have more teir then ever before but my free play keeps going down. You can have it 

At 830AM, I couldn't get a cup of coffee or anything to drink anywhere in the casino. I placed an order on my machine and waited 30 minutes for a coffee that never arrived. The "Library" club, the bar, and the buffet were all closed so I couldn't get anything to drink there. There was also no host or hostess on duty to assist me until 10AM. So much for a 24 hour operation! Also, the inbound and outbound gates for parking lot were both up on my way in and out. There was no attendant to be seen. This was unusual as there has always been an attendant and the gates are never open like that. I did not like it and it made me feel less secure as they (Jack) were not controlling the ingress and egress of the parking lot. If I ever see the gates up and no attendant, I have decided I will drive right by and not go to the casino.

I typically visit the JACK once a week, but this is going to end. Pit bosses are horrible, as they don't enter the exact time you arrive to get the easiest comp of free parking. Granted, I only really play table games, and bankroll every time a minimum of 500. I think the pit bosses adjust the time you're there when you double up on your money. The slots are set at a 85 percent payout, which is the states minimum. I ordered drinks and waited 30 minutes, which was appalling. My visits to this casino are over. I would rather drive to Atlantic City to casinos trying to rebuild than to this casino that doesn't care about the people who visit.

When it was horseshoe I was a 7* star player for over 2 years.  Was treated fantastic.  Had VIP host, was taken on hosted trips, free play out the wazoo, comps at Mortons, Hyde Park, etc.  ok enough of my old life.  Since it has become JACK OMG has this place gotten awful.  A fraction of the comps even though they "preach" that points come so much faster.  The buffet is leaps and bounds worse than even a local Golden Corral or Ponderosa.  I see no VIP hosts anymore and I am guessing they have been "computered" out.  Atmosphere is awful and seems like nobody is winning on slots.  Not sure if they adjusted their payout % due to the name and Company change.  If and when Hard Rock gets tables this Casino will be done.  Don't know whose idea it was to get rid of the Horseshoe name and brand but whoever it was should have their head examined.  I just go to the out of town Caesars properties now.
