Don't waste your time and money. I've visited this place 5x and never won more than $10 measly dollars on any of the slots. The casino in Northfield is no better. You leave feeling like the owner's are extremely cheap and closed fisted, compared to the casinos in Columbus and Toledo. I'm never going to Jack Casino again. This place is simply awful.
What a joke that place is I have been a hi level k member for a few years. The comps are terrible. The host only calls you when they want you down for something. I earned alot of teir January and February. But free play keeps going down. They takeaway about all our old offers. It was much better when it was the horshoe. I'm am done with that place along with many of my other k member friends.

Can't get on craps because they are short handed employees tell me it's because Jack Cleveland only will hire them part time to save money. Also your slots are a joke if you really want to lose fast just go in hi limit room that will drain your wallet fast. Haven't heard from host in a month.
