I have played here quite a bit lately but I think I will start going elsewhere. I believe the games are too tight doesn't seem to make me want to come back. A lot of the games I use my players card and it won't even take it. And I don't get hardly any points for all the money I spend.
Good buffet tight boring slots don't look to have fun with your money might as well give your donation at the door than turn back around. Tried coming here few times won't be back. 2 stars only because of the food this casino sucks
Very disappointed. Advertising for rock and roll bingo made it seem like you could win some great prizes from the hard rock "vault". Just sign up for rewards card. I go. I win bingo. I'm directed to the "prize" table. Swear to god, there was a few salt and pepper shakers, t-shirt, tumbler, umbrella, a hat, and maybe an oven mitt. I just left. I could not believe they were serious. They were dead serious. Nice "prize vault". Joke was on me. So I tell of this experience to anyone who will listen. Take my money anytime. But please keep those great "prizes" in "vault". FML.
Having played all over the State of Ohio, the customer service and atmosphere of this place is better than any of the others. While I would also like the slots to be a little looser, isn't that what we all say? The buffet has improved, and my wife and I like the theme months on Friday's. Kosar's is a very good restaurant for a night out. Other giveaways and free play are similar to our other casinos/racinos; offering free tickets to certain shows to midlevel players is a benefit which far outpaces the Jack or Hollywood. Jackpot parties held monthly are always well attended, so a lot of people are winning.
I have never seen a casino with tighter slots! You could spent the wheels 200 times and you would be lucky to win 5 or 10 dollars. They don't allow medium wins anymore, just extremely low and maybe one handpay in a 8 hour period for the whole casino.
