I swear this place is rigged. Blackjack dealer seems 90 percent of the time to have the best cards. Roulette tables will hit anywhere from 6-12 times on same color and then turn right around and do it again. I promise when you double down on a bet 99 percent of the time you will lose. I’ve been to Vegas and I’ve never seen a color land that many times in a row and that often. I’m convinced they do it long enough to clean you out and you can’t double down long enough to get back even or close to even. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! All of the machines that I played this night 12/10/2021 had zero balance when I approached them. I never took anyones money, but was targeted to pay the money back, after I asked what they wanted me to do. I felt horrible that I was targeted, accused, and made to pay back money I didn’t steal without full investigation of circumstances. I’ve never had this problem before, and I’m the most honest person. I feel that I didn’t deserve this treatment, and should’ve at least been able to view that tape myself instead of being falsely accused!!! After speaking with management by phone(even worse situation)on 12/13/21; she stated she would look into the situation further; calls me back to insult me with saying I admitted to taking someone’s voucher. I NEVER said that to anyone!!! NEVER admitted that because it wasn’t true!!! I never had a full conversation with security for them to say I said that!!! They just straight up accused me with no chance to defend myself!! They’re LIARS!! This was BS, and if you ever visit this property be on guard, because they will falsely accuse you, state that they have you on camera and make you pay back money that was yours to begin with!!! The worst experience of my LIFE!!! Almost all Midwest casino become crappy since 2011. The new younger , inexperience and greedy CEOs managed to control both the Ohio control commission agency as well as to limit a below 80% payback rate for all machines. It supposed to be 95%! They do this illegally and They do not care at all with all of these negative comments because our poor people are hopeless and keep coming back to get rubbed. Hopefully new generation will be more wise...
