This place was fun until I had to cash I'm my chips. 2 days in a row I waited over 20 minutes to cash out. Felt like being held hostage. The second day the cashier was training someone and told him to ignore complaints about waiting. I'm driving to Indiana going forward
Thought we'd have a good time. I was WRONG THE Slot Machines we're way to tight no one was winning money. We won't come here again due to living an hour away. Even if I lived closer I'd NEVER STEP FOOT in this place again. I like a chance to win Money not have it taken away
This is now jack casino. They replaced our cards to jack and reset it, unfortunately many of my points now disappeared!. slot games gradually become tighter and tighter after few years. I can say it is now at the 'rigged' level. The overall payout rate well below legal limit of 80% as Ohio control commissioner suggested. That means that possibly they are going to become bankrupted in near future, of course after bankrupting many senior citizens! If you go there, play table games only!
The setting in downtown is nice. You get a great view if you park at the top of the garage. The payouts are bad on the machines. The staff are friendly.
Management clearly has no idea how to run a craps pit or table. They will hold up play for any reason or no reason at all. The percentages of the game favor fast action, lots of bets, etc., but some "bright" person at corporate must have decided that the fewer rolls, the better. The dice get held while rude people (including one known at all the local places as "Crazy Mike") buy in during a roll. Good or lucky shooters get no momentum. No excitement because no one is winning. When this casino opened, the problem was the poorly-trained dealers; now it's the so-called management. Good restaurants are the only reason to go here. My action will go to the Hollywood in Lawrenceburg for now.
