I have been coming here once or twice a week for the last 5/6 weeks so my husband can play poker I sit at a slot machine and I’m out of $150bucks within 30 min sitting at a .40 slot BECAUSE NONE OF THE MACHINES PAY every single time I come and I don’t ever get any money on my comps for free play so what’s the point this casino has the WORST slots ever on top of that there’s some of the waitresses that like to look past you and flirt with your husband if they see them with money in there hand the only thing good about this casino is the Starbucks and there WONDERFUL staff in there those lady’s are the nicest people in all the Starbucks I’ve been in and we go all over the USA
The 1 cents slots are bad very bad I play the minimum through the maximum and it it shameful. I am ready to turn in my card and take my money elsewhere. It is just that bad. I plan on not coming for a long time, but status will probably drop but I am okay with then because the few dollars given never net me anything.
Not a good move for Cincinnati. Jacks will runderstand this place in the ground. Can't win at the slots or tables. Can't get a drink at the slot machines. All the attendees are at theach higher limit tables. A shame this place will close down if they don't make some changes. Rewards are terrible. Bring back the Horseshoe.
This casino is running on bad luck. To scared to put self-serve drink machines in place. Tired of drinking water the servers past out to Patrion. Don't trust servers bringing the drinks in which you can't see them make the drink. Slots rarely favorite the working people and only give to the rich. They should rename it Robbing Jacks. No class at all.
