This casino and ALL other casinos have the ability to control the slot machines from the back room. It is no wonder why you can never win. The best thing to do is just do not go back. Let them figure out where they are going to get the money to pay the bills. Show the casino that YOU can control the slot machines even better than they can. NOTHING going in to the slot machines = NOTHING coming out. They have ruined this business so bad by screwing over regular customers. I know ALOT of people that were regular customers here that will never go back. Simply because you can NEVER win anything. Yes, I know it is supposed to be gambling but, COME ON! The slot machines operate on a Linux operating system which is controlled by a central computer in the back room. They can change the payout on one or all of the slot machines in a matter of seconds with the click of a mouse. About the ONLY good things about this casino is the food and meeting good friends there to visit . IF you gamble, put in a $20.00 dollar bill and when it is gone leave. NEVER have I ever saw ANY business treat their regular customers like pure CRAP. And you think people are going to continue to return ? WAKE UP ! It is apparent that people are getting tired of this place. The people working in check cashing are sitting playing games and reading books because they have no customers to wait on. They used to be so busy in the check cashing area that they always had a line of people. And in the so called " High Stakes Room" it is so quiet that you could hear a sparrow fart. Most of the employees are great people here. It is the management that is in need of a major overhaul. Until that happens , I am never going back here. All it is here is a bunch of thieves preying on senior citizens and ripping off their money. Consider what I have stated in this review before you ever visit this casino or any other casino in the United States. They have had the technology to control the slot machines from the back room since 2006 and are not bashful about doing so. There you have all been schooled ! Use your education wisely !
