I have been playing poker in Cherokee for quite awhile and love it now they have live tables and dealers. Yesterday August 2 2017 I went up to originally play a cash poker game but sat down at 30k Wheel of Fortune slot and won big at this staton. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of going to play. Also haven't stayed at the hotel but would love to if the prices ever drop.
Love Cherokee Harrah's! My wife and I are both Diamond and get treated like a King & Queen. And yes, we WIN to! Not every time, but often. We always stay in the Soco Tower. Walk across the cross walk, take a right go down the escalator walk straight across and you are in the non-smoking section. Or instead of taking the escalator, use the elevator on the left and that takes you to within 20 feet of Ruth's Chris Steak house.
My wife and I always have a great time. not sure why everyone is talking about tight slots we were there this past weekend and seen all kinds of payouts The employes are always super nice and helpful.
We visit Harrah's Cherokee every couple of months. We are always given a free premium room. The hotel is nice, the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. They have a large variety of slots, and we have fun playing $5 blackjack when a table is available. The dealers are all friendly, as are the pit bosses. The buffet is a bit pricey, however, the food is excellent. Selu (pronounced Shay-loo) Cafe is excellent. The Total Rewards club provides good comps (free rooms, free slot play, cash). Overall, we like the casino and the hotel!
We stayed this month for 3 days and were very lucky with the slots. Several big wins on the penny slots. Ate at Ruth Chris and Brio both excellent...we will be back.
