This place will rob you blind. I'm saying this after about 40 visits and $12,000 later. It's a rarity someone gets a hand pay. I've watched and learned how they manipulate the system. They have even covered up some symbols on some slot machines to make it harder to line up. I walked around with the GM and pointed it out and all he could say is that "people still win" not admitting or denying. I can say the customer service is great in every way.
