My friend Leni and I was there yesterday (2/23/19). We decided to leave around 3am. However, my car wouldn't start & needed a jump start. While I'm trying to call AAA. My friend went inside to get help. She found an employee name Robert (badge 31901) who is willing to help. Through cold, rain & sleet he persisted till he finally got the car started. We found Robert honest, polite & very willing to assist a customer in need. I tried to offer him a reward but he declined. If Point Place has an award system for their employees, Robert surely deserves an acknowledgement for his quick response. It would have taken me longer to get home to wait for AAA. This is the first time that I have received such an excellent Customer service. I'm very pleased. Kudos to you & your employee, Robert. Thank you Robert.
