Drinks cost to much, not any perks unless you win Jackpot. Poor management, Nice and clean, good food but management at players desk are rude . Will never set foot in there boring. Will go to Delargo or Tiogo and Niagra. State casino like finger lakes and batavia are the thing of the past.
Worst casino I have ever been to in my life the most I ever won there was 100 bucks:(((Horrible customer service and very rude people working there:(((They messed up mine and my girlfriends food and when we were getting food there 3 other people were complaining about there food and the cook that talked to me tryed to lie to me and tell me he was the manager: (((And then my girlfriend went to the bar and the bartender was a bitch and said I don't have time to make your drink like who the hell does that...I hope Batavia downs goes out of business... Please people do your self's a favour and don't go to Batavia downs... Now I know why its called downs!!!
Lots of good promotions lately including car giveaways and a ton of money and prize giveaways! Food used to be really bad, but lately the food has been awesome i think they have a new chef, the clubhouse has a new menu and it has a great new selection and is really affordable. i think that the place would really be great if there were table games. hopefully that law passes.
Like playing in a "cave". A good mix of slots for a small Casino. Payback is about the same as other state runs. There is a dedicated smoking room that you wouldn't know was there if you didn't see it.
There are two bar areas on the same level as the gaming floor. one at each end. Restrooms are not convenient to the gaming Floor. The food is "adaquate". (Nothing special).
