I am a "diamond player" at Batavia but will now take my gaming to another Racino that treats their patrons with respect. Batavia has treated me like crap for the last time. I have over 600 food comp dollars which they now have decided I can not use to take my food home...I go to play and enjoyed bringing something to eat home with me rather than stopping to eat, thus losing my very popular Upper-hand poker machine, since they only have 4 of them left.
I called a "bigwig" to voice my concerns and I found him rude.
The free play money they send me in the mail is now only good at certain times of the day (after 3PM and on Saturday)that are not convenient to my schedule...I could go on and on about the rude people who work there, the dirty conditions of both the gaming floor and the restrooms, but why bother since they have disrespected me as a patron for the last time!
i visited the casino on wed. feb 19 only to come out to find a parking violation ticket on my car. i have a handicap sticker which was where they could see it and i pulled in a van accesible spot i had a person with me that did fall in the casino that day but did not complain as a person helped him up. We drove over 50 miles one way to get there. He is very handicapped and i am also. i am having a judge look at my ticket to see if i owe anything. two cars down from me a chevy malibu was parked in a similar spot. but no ticket. I guess i will go somewhere else?
I presume customers DON"T KNOW ( but of course should ) that these games are non random Video Lottery terminals. They are controlled by a central computer which determines who will win or not win. Unlike Vegas or AC etc. where every spin or Video Poker draw is random. If these machines were random they would be in violation of NY State law. For a slot player they may not be bad but for a VP player it makes no difference which cards you hold ! Don't believe me? Throw away three of a kind( something you would never do on a random machine) and you will receive at least that hand on the draw !
