I approached customer service for a new players card, would not update my address because it was not on my licence, I have been a customer for many years, then I informed him of a Bum, smelling & following me around mumbling, watching him approach other players. I was so uncomfortable, I left the area. I pointed him out. Was told, We’ll keep a eye on him. The attitude of this young person I dealt with was disgraceful, disrespectful and extreamly rude! Not appropriate customer service.Very Unhappy with this treatment after so many years .
Drinks cost to much, not any perks unless you win Jackpot. Poor management, Nice and clean, good food but management at players desk are rude . Will never set foot in there boring. Will go to Delargo or Tiogo and Niagra. State casino like finger lakes and batavia are the thing of the past.
Worst casino I have ever been to in my life the most I ever won there was 100 bucks:(((Horrible customer service and very rude people working there:(((They messed up mine and my girlfriends food and when we were getting food there 3 other people were complaining about there food and the cook that talked to me tryed to lie to me and tell me he was the manager: (((And then my girlfriend went to the bar and the bartender was a bitch and said I don't have time to make your drink like who the hell does that...I hope Batavia downs goes out of business... Please people do your self's a favour and don't go to Batavia downs... Now I know why its called downs!!!
