They have certain employees that will disrespect anyone that is playing here because the person thinks that their better than everybody else. They just lost a valuable guest here that will no longer be back here again after I throw away the very little bit of money that I took out of Safe Keeping again! I'm not gonna throw away anymore of my money here everyday again. FoxWoods is the Casino And the way to go. Just like the other reviews that people are mentioning, FoxWoods is only a extra 30 minutes away from this place and that's where I will be heading out to at some point today! Good luck Casino.
Spent a night in the hotel, which is very over priced, and got bit up by bed bugs! Smelled like smoke. The machines do not pay out. The bathrooms were disgusting! The food sucks at the buffet. The employees at the winners club all look miserable like they hate their job!! They need better and more slot games, seneca and turning stone is way better. They need to step their game up. Bring back COOL CATS!!!!
If you are going here, bring a fat wallet and expect to bring it home empty. The slots are horrible. They pay nothing. Everybody that I talked to, while I was there, said the same thing. They say your odds are better if you bet max. Don't believe it. Nice variety of machines but, that means nothing when none of them payout. The buffet is way overpriced too. The food is terrible. Pack a lunch and go eat in your car. I don't think I saw one smile on any worker in this place. I can only guess that they are not treated well by the management. Foxwoods takes 30 minutes more to get there. I will stick to that.
Been here a few times and every time I get food poisoning. Find out that they're food is beyond the expiry date and I mean months past. And they don't clean until they are having an inspection the next day or in the next couple of days. I know because I knew a worker that worked at sticks. Only good place to eat there would be rapids. Hotel service sucks asked for a cot for a child to sleep on and they charged me an extra 100.00 when it should of cost extra 20. Winners club is friendly and they don't seem like they know what they're doing. Payout is the worst and I've been to casinos everywhere, I've won 1,500. And they paid me 750 in cash and told me the rest is slot print outs what the hell is that BS? The management is poor. They treat they're staff like slaves. They fired a lady in front of me yesterday and stating "are you a single parent? Yes. Well that's why I'm firing you cause you have kids and here the job comes first" well my kid was very sick damn near dying. " I don't care" your fired. And she was the best cook there. So don't waste your money or time folks. It may look nice but its a hell hole.
