They claim to have 4 restaurants. Rest assured it's only 3 and one that's open for morning only for waffles only and you have to make your own. Hotel is nice. As far as the gaming floor in the casino, no live table games so forget it. Slots are mostly pennies and multi-line dollar machines. The single liners are ancient. No "real" quarter machines to speak of except ancient machines. No fifty cent machines either. High limits room but you better bring a bank roll really big cause it's tight also. Atmosphere in this joint is morbid. All dark colored, employees look like zombies most of the time, due to overwork because they can't keep employees. It would be nice if Penn National had a players club that was comparable to other players clubs as far as free play and comps, but they are the worst of all. Heck they want you to pay to play their free slots online, what a joke for sure. Save your time and money, go elsewhere, it's not worth the time or effort.
this is the first and last time I will play video blackjack at this casino. About 90% of the time when you increase your bet you lose. The dealer gets some hand that's impossible to beat. For example, I will have a 19 and the dealer will show a 3 and some how get a 20 or 21. At first I thought it was just bad timing but after losing $500 I sat there and watched everyone play and the exact same thing happened. I even witnessed the dealer get 20 or 21 8 times straight. The only time anyone went on a consistent winning streak is when they had a low bet. The hand that made me stop watching was when there were 5 players at the table. the first player had 19. Everyone else had 15 or 16. They all took hit n got cards that would've gave the dealer 20 or 21. Then somehow the dealers pulls a bs 21 out of no where. The part that makes this even more outrageous is the fact it's a one deck game
bring some money cause your going to need it. alot of cool machines but all of them were very tight. wont bother coming again till something changes....rioduso is nearby
Trickle of new slots - some should be in the high limit room ($15.00 max bet!!!!!), some interesting, but tight. Service on malfunctioning slots much better. Enlarging the steak house (yayyy!!! hope they open for lunch)- hope the food stays as good when renovations are complete. Still no adult beverages on the floor, but that is NM's fault, not Penn's and the beverage stations are great for soft drinks and coffee. Saw no children in the buffet last Sunday trip - didn't have to cuss the morons who bring small children to a casino. Bring hand sanitizer as observed 15 out of 15 patrons did not wash their hands after urinating - must be a NM cultural thing. Did receive much better flyer for M Resort in Vegas, but slot play credits at Zia still pitiful.
