Lots problems. The door wouldn't open to balcony n maintenance guy says pull up handle, lean shoulder against glass n jiggle handle. Seriously! Phone didn't work, called on that. There pillows n mattresses use to be so comfortable, now hard as rock, bring ur own pillow! Housekeeping says new pillows...had chunks of foam inside! Don't eat in bar in casino, hamburgers taste like dog meat n forget about tap house...hostess is busy eating at podium then waiters do not appear. Buffet has been the exact same for 20 yrs, dried up. Odds on slots are beyond horrible! Go to another hotel n eat in town. Aside from the outside beauty of inn mtn gods, there's nothing good. After so many years going every month, enuf is enuf.

Upon check in, my reservations were not correct but they did work with me to make it right. I got a standard room which was ok since it was a big discount promo. The a/c did not work and it was 77 degrees on the room all night which made it difficult to sleep. We did report it and maintenance came to check but said nothing could be done about it. They didn't even have a fan to put in the room and we were in a standard room so the Windows wouldn't even open for a breeze. This was my first time staying and I wasn't real impressed. The hotell is over rated unless they just gave me bad room since I had a promotion discount for it. The pool is nice. I did enjoy that.

We would go out of our way for a visit. The buffet used to be one of the best in all the casinos we visit. Now, not so much. They have remodeled the buffet area and made some changes in the buffet. Food has very little variety, most was tasteless, I was really surprised. We went to the seafood buffet which used to be great. All they had for seafood was crab and shrimp. Not worth it. Slot here have always been tight but now are worse. They have added a lot of new machines but no one was winning. I am so disappointed in this casino and probably will not go out of my way again to visit.

Like most indian casinos, the slots were really tight. Didn't win once.

Video poker was poor.

The craps was pretty good. 3X-4X-5X odds and the dealers were very personable.

Blackjack rules were tight as far as I'm concerned, but I don't like 6 deck games and I especially don't like CSM's. That being said, I lost like $500 playing blackjack alone. But, I know someone who won $3500 playing BJ so it's just how lucky you are.

STAY AWAY FROM THE MISSISSIPPI STUD! It eats your money.

I didn't get to play poker there, but I went to play their Sunday tournament they had on their website. However, they told me when I got there that they no longer offered the Sunday tournament. Well they need to tell whoever runs the website that!

After losing all that money I did receive a free slot tournament in the mail.

Overall, it's a good casino, just stay away from the machines and any table game that is not ubiquitous in Vegas.

I love this casino. Have gone many times and will drive out of my way to go there. I always joke that the reason I go is the art which is outstanding and the food, but the slots are a lot of fun too. I have won and broke even many times.

Highly recommend a visit even if you do not gamble.

Staff are friendly and outgoing. Very interesting to talk too.

The view and beauty of the grounds is incredible. I could sit in the lobby of the casino, looking out at Sierra Blanca for hours.

Have the best Bread Pudding with sauce I have ever had and this is my favorite dessert so I know a good one when I taste it.
Go, you will enjoy.

Slots are tight. Indian casinos in New Mexico only have to payback 80%, and results not published, not even casino aggregate.

Poker room is acceptable-barely. Staff is heavily Indian with 'tudes. Player's club is pathetic and not worth giving them your name.

Atmosphere is desperate with drinks (non-alcoholic only on the floor) few and far between. Rooms are overpriced for what you get.

Buffet is great if you like bland elementary school cafeteria food. (At least Zia Park has a self-serve drink station, if you bring your own coffee cup. They always seem to be out of cups).
