We Enjoyed our time here. We stayed at the Palazzo and I was surprised with the clientele and I loved our service. I felt comfortable to be in the casino when my other half was anted to sleep in. I really felt safe and dine in was easy and I had a lot of fun. I will be going back in the next two weeks. Can’t wait to have some fun and win big!!
To me, the Venetian is what is wrong with Las Vegas today. A huge, themed casino with no character, just fancy shmancy buildings and menus. For the price, everything is overrated. I admit that I don't like the newer huge casinos, especially those with the phony themes like the Venetian. If you like this kind of thing then this place and casinos like Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, New York, New York, Luxor, etc., are for you.
They're just not for me. The gaming, staff, food, everything, is mediocre and the prices are high.
I have been to the public areas of the Venetian a ton, but have never stayed there. The public areas are beautiful. Be sure to check out the hotel lobby and the ceiling. Unreal!
There is so much to see and do here and could easily spend a good chunk of your day here. I like how this place is connected with the Palazzo as well.
I have gone to see both the Blue Man Group and Phantom. I highly suggest both as they are entertaining in their own way.
Ate at Valentino's - above my normal cheap budget, but really tasty and high quality food. I would go again, if I had a coupon.
There are lots of coupons around for Madame Tussauds and is worth a trip there.
The table limits are too high for me, but the poker room is nice. Tight and good players, but fun. I found drink service to be excellent here, especially if you are playing poker.
Our favorite place to get Madeira Chicken!! We go there every time we're in town. They give you so much that we only order one and split it. Love the decor, too.
