Player’s favorite table games combine classic Las Vegas with a touch of modern luxury and, in a departure from traditional casino practice, boast grand windows with views of the Las Vegas Strip. The casino floor features approximately 1,300 slot machines with denominations ranging from $0.05 to $500, more than 120 individual gaming tables and Video Blackjack and Poker machines at several bars and lounges. Special Features: Terraces – The Cosmopolitan adds an entirely new dimension to the Las Vegas’ guest experience by offering oversized residential-style living space with expansive private terraces spanning the entire Valley, unique to the destination. We were treated to a Wrap Around Terrace Suite that directly faced the Bellagio Water Fountains. It was the most elegant room we have ever had in Las Vegas. Rose – With the introduction of chatbot and resident mischief-maker, Rose, guests are given a mysterious card in a room key packet with a phone number on it. Once guests begin texting the number, they are introduced to Rose, the resort’s revolutionary Artificial Intelligence (AI) equipped virtual concierge who does more than any one person could do alone. Rose’s playful concept is unlike other chatbots in the hospitality space as she is savvy, quick-witted and inspiring—reflecting the distinct mystique of The Cosmopolitan to its guests. In alignment with the resort’s spirited brand and market-leading creative, Rose strays from robotic commentary and instead uses her Cosmopolitan personality to engage guests. This allows for a higher-level of satisfaction for the customer experience as they can engage in real-time conversation via text message. Identity Membership Program – Identity Membership is the guest rewards program for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Members of the program receive Identity Points on all qualifying expenditures, earing access to exclusive benefits associated with the Silver, Sterling, Gold and Platinum membership levels, such as complimentary services and priority access to venues and events. In addition to recognizing gaming spend, Identity Membership recognizes and rewards all experience spending at a comparable rate including all hotel stays, dining, spa visits, pool and recreation spending, retail and incidentals. Members may easily redeem points at almost every location in the resort for room accommodations, food and beverage experiences at restaurants, bars, or lounges as well as spa treatments and retail purchases, just to name a few. Restaurants are in abundance at Cosmopolitan. Personal favorites are China Problano, Blue Ribbon, Red Plate and Zuma. I did not have a good experience at Holstein's. There is a nice selection of slots and table games. The dealers are very friendly and interact well with the players. My wife and I have stayed at Cosmopolitan twice and we really enjoyed it. From check in to check out, everything was A+. ]]> Thu, 22 Apr 2021 20:07:44 +0000 <![CDATA[Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Very nice casino and atmospheric., but...]]> https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2507014 https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2507014 I love the atmosphere of the casino, the "lifestyle" that breeds in the casino floor, and the staff are super-friendly! There are a lot of table games and bars, though wish there was more choices of slot machines to play (most that are there are over 3 to 7 yrs old). The buffet Wicked Spoon is sympathetically different from most others you will see, but great nonetheless. The parking underground is a complication for most, but because the casino is in the middle of the action walking from another casino is sometimes better. ]]> Fri, 13 Jun 2014 05:06:49 +0000 <![CDATA[Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Not for me!]]> https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2506837 https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2506837 They lowered their video poker pay tables since I was there last. They did have Liberace's car, which I took a picture of. A beautiful place to play and be. They do have a special lunch bargain at their Greek eating establishment. I forget the name. Their pool scene in the summer looks pretty dynamic. ]]> Sun, 16 Feb 2014 22:05:46 +0000 <![CDATA[Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Best of the Best]]> https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2506159 https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2506159 Now I've got to say I'm not usually a fan of the big mega-resorts on the vegas strip, but this is the best all around casino I've ever been to. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous, but the customer service is spectacular and on top of that they actually have pretty good video poker for a strip casino. ]]> Fri, 04 Jan 2013 15:10:54 +0000 <![CDATA[Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas]]> https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2505987 https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2505987 We visited the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on our latest Las Vegas trip. When we signed up for the players card we got the promotion lose $100 get it back in ecash. I lost my $100 and played with my ecash getting back about $60. My wife kept winning on her slot machine and finally lost her $100 after I had finished using up my ecash. She has a year to play her ecash so we left and will return later this year. On further comment about the underground parking garage: we loved the sensors above each parking slot. A red light means the spot is occupied, a green light means it is empty and a blue light means it is empty for handicapped cars. What a great idea! ]]> Tue, 25 Sep 2012 20:01:37 +0000 <![CDATA[Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Move Over Hard Rock]]> https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2505774 https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2505774 2012 will mark the end of the reign of Hard Rock Casino as the "hip and Trendy" hang-out for the young, beautiful people in Vegas. The Cosmo has officially smashed the competition, becoming the new "King of the Kids". Hard Rocks title lasted well over a decade, but from what I saw on my last three trips to Vegas, the tides have turned. The place was packed on the weekend with the L.A. looks crowd, driving in from California, spending large quantities of Daddys cash. With the entertainment offered, it appears the Cosmo is here to stay. As far as the rest of the casino, rooms are gorgeous with walk out balconies. Table limits are high, even for the strip (except Cesars) but the scenery is nice. You have to check this place out when in Vegas. You will definately remember it! ]]> Fri, 13 Jul 2012 04:13:20 +0000 <![CDATA[Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Casino promotion]]> https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2505271 https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2505271 Went here for the casino promotion they were running, sign up for players club, choose either $10 free slot play, or choose lose $100 in slots, get $100 free slot play back. I have done 2 other similar promotions for $100 at 2 other casinos with good success, won $140 at one, $300 at another. No such luck at this casino. All of the slot machines in this new casino were of the new variety, none of the old favorites. At no time was I ever ahead of my $100 buy in. In retrospect I would have done better to have chosen the $10 freeplay. I played about 3 hours, lost about $25. Casino employees were very friendly, fast to bring drinks, and the casino has a very nice atmosphere. ]]> Sun, 26 Feb 2012 21:11:06 +0000 <![CDATA[Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Awesome Room... with a view to match!]]> https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2504831 https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2504831 Stayed at the Cosmo62 in July for five nights for my honeymoon. We booked a Wrap Around Terrace suite and got a room on the 62nd floor overlooking the fountains of Bellagio. I can not go on enough at how nice the view was and how high this was. Being able to go outside on a balcony, in Vegas was an unreal experience. This was honestly the most time I have ever spent in a hotel room in Las Vegas, and it was not just because it was my honeymoon... We also had a great view of the Strip and our room was eye level with the sign at the top of Planet Hollywood. The casino was okay, they had a decent selection of slots and VP. The table games I never played as I never saw anything lower than a $25 minimum. The casino is a strange shape; really long and narrow with tables pretty much running down the middle of about half of it. The clientele is a bit odd and I felt out of place, especially at night. This place is full of young, wannabe rich people who are all dressed up as if they were at a wedding. The chandeleir bar is quite a site. The folks that built this place did not spare anything. No wonder the first people developing it went bankrupt. There is not a lot of selection for restaurants here, but what they do have is great. They have a hidden Pizza Place on the third floor that is unreal. It is they best pizza I have ever had. The Wicked Spoon Buffet is one of the best buffets in Vegas. The location of the Cosmo can not be beat either. ]]> Sun, 27 Nov 2011 16:50:43 +0000 <![CDATA[Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas]]> https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2504828 https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/nevada/the-cosmopolitan-of-las-vegas.html/discussions/2504828 The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is probably the newest Las Vegas casino hotel. On the casino floor there is a huge crystal chandelier that is over 2 stories high. This hotel also has marquee nightclub which is supposedly one of the hottest clubs right now. ]]> Sun, 27 Nov 2011 05:37:12 +0000
