This is by far the cleanest and most relaxing place I found to sit back, relax and play some slots.

I love the fact that the South Point (formerly South Coast) is not full of packs of tourists, nor is their a cloud of smoke hovering over the casino floor.

The Graveyard Specials at Coronado Cafe are not to be missed!

Make it a point to check out the South Point when you are in LV...even if it is a little bit out of the way. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks at the South Point last year. The staff and hotel was excellent and the price of the room was very good. The room we had faced Las Vegas Blvd. and the view was great, you could see all of the way across the valley. We like the South Point because of the various types and quantity of video poker machines. We think they have the most in Las Vegas.

We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone that is going to stay in Vegas. Although it is on the southern end of the strip, it's more relaxing than being on the strip. No hassle with people or traffic.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Just got back from my second trip to South Point (July 15-17, 2009) As good as it gets without being a millionaire!

Great Prime Rib Everywhere! Prime rib buffet Wednesday nights: Seafood buffet on Friday nights (Prime rib too!!) Comps for the buffets.

A great room cheap! Free booze while playing! $5 blackjack tables with nice dealers. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?

I really love this place. Better payouts on Video Poker than the strip, really nice poker room with excellent management and drink service. Bowling alley is amazing, comps are very good, restaurants are excellent and you can get rooms in the 40 bucks a night range if you watch for specials...and no nasty resort fee. I'm a huge fan of this giant, very clean casino!

You generally cannot go wrong dining at any of the company owned restaurants. We have dined at this first floor steakhouse 3 times and have consistently enjoyed our meal. The coupon book received at check-in currently includes a free bottle of wine when 2 entrees are purchased even if you use your points to pay the tab.

Late last year my wife ordered the 8-ounce filet while I went cowboy style by ordering the 16-ounce prime rib. Both entrees were perfectly cooked to medium rare as requested and included a baked potato with all the fixings. My prime rib, served with au jus and a horseradish sauce, turned out to be a mammoth slab of beef with most of the outer ring of fat and near fat removed. I only wish our dog had been with us because it took a Herculean effort for me to finish it alone. Dessert was out of the question.
