They have had a lot of changes over the last year and a half. They still have 8/5 video poker.
Some good specials at Mr. Luckys but the other restuarants have been musical chairs. Cocktail service has always been fairly good. It has some great rock and roll memorabilia definately worth
a visit. Generally for a young crowd.
The only bad thing about the Hard Rock is that its a couple blocks off-strip, two blocks east of planet hollywood, but walkable if motivated. The rooms are very nice and modern, and the pool is one of the best in town. There is some scattered full pay video poker, avreage table games and a small poker room just moved into the casino. Lots of night life and talent.
Great Rock and Roll displays guitars, posters etc. Video Poker Average, drink service good. But I found the players club very disinterested when talking to them, and I have visited with twenty something sons. Great value with the steak and shrimp special at Mr. Lucky's.
We visited the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino earlier this year to use the free dinner for 2 prize that I had won from this ACG website. We ate at the Mr. Lucky 24/7 Restaurant and had no problems using the food voucher. Since the voucher was for up to $75 we ordered several Chinese dishes and a sandwich to go. One of the dishes was way too salty to eat so we complained. The waiter immediately offered to replace the dish so we ordered another sandwich to go. He was very good to us. While in the casino we ran into a glass showcase filled with Beatle memorabilia. We just had to take videos and photos of it.
