So use your judgement. A great location for hitting various places on the strip. I do like the casino vibe or through machines are spread out through the casino floor. Cocktail waitress services varies from nothing to excellent from the same area. Depends on the waitress, so tip accordingly. I gave a tip to waitress just for offering so many times.

Basic room no fan in bathroom lack of hooks for towels also. i had a lot of problems with the front desk as I was there for a conference and the org. was picking up hotel and resort fee. Yet even though I asked twice at the front desk, during my stay. I was still charged, it took me numerous calls to get it straightened out! I have had their dinner buffet and I thought it was solid.

It is in the middle of everything and within walking distance from many other casinos. The habitat outside is a nice quiet place to relax and unwind from the casino with all the birds and wildlife out there. They have a beautiful pool and the rooms are great with their floor to ceiling windows facing out on the Strip...fun to watch everything going on on the Strip! VERY NICE CASINO!

Very small with little variety for a strip buffet. I've seen much better spreads in much smaller hotels. The service was poor and slow, but its been better during dinner hours.

It's old vegas on the strip. But since it's a Harrah's property now, the games must be bad. Not much for good video poker, they do have a poker room with usually a couple small stakes games going. The buffet is pretty good every time I have been there. There are some real flamingos and other wildlife out back. I always have good time at bugsy's place.

Always some entertainment going on near the tables. Not the best pay tables for video poker. Table odds are strip like or average. Decent buffet, some excellent choices. I like the leg of lamb and the roast italian vegetables.

I have played and eaten there. It is nice at the buffet to get a table by the window and
watch the pink flamingos. The food is o.k. I had fun in SEPT. playing the WIZARD MACHINE IN THE FLAMINGO LOBBY.
I Always catch my bus to Laughlin there, so I end up dropping some money in their slot machines.

Flamingo Las Vegas: Good casino, terrible hotel

The buffet is decent, not as great as Planet Hollywood but not as bad as Excalibur. There is a nice koi pond on the way to the pool.

The hotel. Oh where to begin. The parking garage is way in the back. And the elevators in the garage are so slow, you just decide to carry your luggage down the stairs. People complain about how far the monorail is from the casino. The monorail is closer than the parking garage. Then once you get inside, the check-in is ridiculously long. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. The floors upstairs are so large that once you get off the elevator you still have what seems a half-mile walk to your room.

I will stay somewhere else and will usually play here for a little bit. It the hotel was nicer, I might even play more.
