The fun book which used to be monthly is now every thirty days. I found this out after I had been there on January 29, I went back on February 2 and was told I had already received it. I asked if I was not eligible for a February book and he told me to come back on February 29!! I did not pursue the issue since the book is almost worthless except for one coupon, and no good video poker to play them on.

The Royale is no longer a good bet. All full pay video poker has been removed as of june 2013. They also made comp rooms much harder to qualify for, but with no good games to play anyway, its only good for drinking cheap and slots. And if you play slots why play there. The cheap rooms and better games are now in the north strip area.

Casino Royale is the last good gamble on the strip. Good table games and full pay video poker in great center strip location. Cheap drinks and rooms also. Hotel was just remodeled. Not the biggest, or brightest, but definetly the best bet in the best location.

Low limit table games, $1 margaritas and Beers are a couple of good reasons to stop by here. Look for the free spin slot machines out in front on the sidewalk. Everybody gets a coupon, 2 for 1 Margaritas, $5 table game matchplay coupon (bet $5, win $10) are good. If you go by the slot club they often have 2 for 1 ben and jerry's ice cream coupons sitting out on the counter.

I didn't stay here, but played here and enjoyed the craps game. It has $3 or $5 minimum tables with 100x odds allowed on $5 bets. Although some say the dealers are rude, I had the opposite experience. Slots seemed to pay better here than other strip locations. I will definitely play here again when I'm in Vegas.
