I like the vibe on the casino floor but the video poker tables are bad for low rollers. Rooms are nice but I don't expect a palace. lines to check in are often long. Players club bad for low rollers. A good variety of food choices.

Their comedy show is well priced and usually very funny. The Buffet is really wonderful. Try the Crepe place in the walkway between Bally's and The Paris for a delicious change of pace.

Ballys is in a great spot to walk around the center strip. The games are generally typically bad strip games, video poker are mostly bad pay tables. the poker room was just moved and its a lively game, sometimes with some promos. All in all, Ballys is a good place to start a trip or for first time visitors without a car.
