This is the only casino in Kansas City that I win at... I have played table games (Craps and Black Jack) they are as good as anywhere in Kansas City. The slots seem to be fair most of the time, but once in a while I hit a good jackpot that makes up for wait. The food is good at Mike $ Charlie's (look for the $12 three course early dinner special - before 6:00 PM).

I haven't won anything here over the last 5 years that i came up... in fact i made a special trip to come and spend the night and burn 200 bucks just to have fun.... let's say i was done in 2hrs and disappointed. So enjoy

Need a not applicable to some of the choices above. I don't play table games so how do I answer that? Run-of-the-mill slots and VP with lousy payback.

Folks are always nice. Food OK. New Italian restaurant had iffy service and my wife's spaghetti had that Franco-American taste.

Toby Keith's alright, buffet so-so. Steak house OK, but could use a better salad bar. We stay about once a month or two, comped.

Discovered this casino on a business trip. Have seen better Harrah's properties, but this casino opened my eyes to the Total Rewards program for Harrah's properties, my favorite players club.

I continue to get free room offerings, free food and free slot play coupons from this casino, though my business has changed and I no longer travel to KC. It was a good place to earn points that I then used on my frequent trips to Las Vegas.

Missouri casinos have some limitations on how much you can spend in a 2-hour period. If you reach that limit, the machines won't work until the next 2 hour cycle begins. If you play high stakes, it can create problems, but once I understood how it worked, I didn't have any other problems.

Best to play your credits and not cash out often and put money back into machines. There are flyers that explain the limits, make sure to read them so you can adjust your play.

I haven't played at this one long enough to know how well the comps work because I just didn't like the atmosphere.

The casino is too dark. The neon decorations are awful. Their promotions are not well posted. But apparently a lot of people like it because it is always crowded.
