Way to many people in casino they must past the max allowed. Way too smoky with cigarette smoke ceiling too low and no ventilation.

tried to stay in the hotel said they needed rooms clean place was like vacant. played in the casino never seen a jack pot all night just put your money in and it was like the best vacuums on the market sucked it right up no return on any denomination place is horrible.

I was in KC on Business and stopped in and played poker there awhile. Nice place, the poker was fair with only one table going.

This place is very nice and friendly. I have been coming here for years, but recently they have become extremely tight. So tight in fact that each time in the past few months I've gone in it has taken more than 40 bucks to earn a game! They do not pay out at all. Good food, great staff, but no fun when you can't even get a bonus.

I always go to the bar to get my own drink, the waitress that comes by with the cart goes by, but hardly ever stops and you have to practically jump in front of her. They make me feel like they always want a tip and they are doing you a favor giving you a beverage. So I go to the bar and it’s worse, most of them act like they are really put out giving you a free soda or even ice. Really unfriendly vibe from a lot of the bar people , now the single servers going around are very nice but never use them unless I want a alcohol beverage which is rare. The women’s bathrooms always have stuff broken, if you go in one of the handicapped bathrooms you have to pull the door closed while balancing on one foot to hook it underneath with your foot or it won’t lock and there is no upper handle to pull with. Seems a little fair fetched if you have any mobility problems . The main guy that runs the coffee/ bakery shop is also not friendly basically no customer skills . Who picks these people . All of the counter workers are great! Always friendly and also the game attendants are wonderful also . But the bar staff are not friendly if you try and get your own drink .I like argosy but it has a lot of problems, the reason I do is because I just accept that it won’t change. Someday someone will listen. One more thing the women’s bathroom in the hall entrance had a big opening in the wall to the next stall which offered no privacy, looked like some thing was being fixed so it was missing , you would think they would at least put up some kind of temporary barrier but no they just left a big opening to the next stall. How is that even allowed…. Good grief!
