Spent an average of 30 minutes waiting for elevators. 2 of 6 elevators were down without explanation. They were down the 4 days I was there. Housekeeping continually left dirty glasses and ice buckets filled with water. I had left about $1.74 in change by my cup and they helped themselves to that, I saved the $20 tip I usually leave with a thankyou note when I leave. On a good note, the Buffet is still fantastic, we ate at Stalla twice and Jia once, the food was great with large portions. They're really starting to take their guests for granted.

There is definitely magnets in the dice. Had a guy working for the casino pulling $5,000.00 dollar chips at a time on a regular $10.00 buy in table. He lost $30,000.00. Very fishy and the pit boss acted very sketchy. We were known to be into the casino for a few days and they knew we were big spenders. Lured us in on the first night and 2nd night is where they got us. On one roll me and 3 other guys saw one of the die flip over after it came to a complete stop. It changed the roll to a 7. Nobody would bet on the odds of 7 rolling so every turn we would roll 7 continuously. Magnetic dice and table. Mentioned it to my Casino host and her response was gambling is expensive. Outside of Las Vegas, there is no better hotel/resort/casino. The cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the entire complex is outstanding. I am fortunate to visit lot of casinos nationwide but I get really disgusted when I find on like this. I usually bet max bet and at this place everytime I would do that LOSE LOSE LOSE. Just as soon as I get up someone sits down betting minimum and WIN WIN WIN. I would have just called this a fluke but it happened on all 4 of my trips there. Host won't even return my emails on anything an I am a premium player. When I lowered my bet I did ok which means they have something to do with this. They have lost me as a player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is wonderful from the front desk on down to the maid staff. Food is always great at any of the restaurants. Great choice of slots and plenty of table games. The only problem with the tables is that after 6 PM they all go to $25/$50 a hand. The slots are still tight, the people on the bus to the airport and on the plane all were complaining about nobody winning. We go over to the Golden Nugget to play and my wife has had very nice hits the last 2 years. Junket flight time stink. Going to Biloxi you get there after lunch time and coming back you have to have your bags ready for pick up at 5 AM to leave on the bus to the airport at 7 AM. Requested attendant assistance at slot machine, attendant was very rude. After we commented on her rude attitude, she responded by saying she would get security and have us thrown out of the casino. We talked to the floor supervisor, she stated that after hearing both versions of the story, that we could continue to play in the casino, but to stay away from the section that the attendant was working in until her shift ended at 1a.m , then we were free to use the entire casino. First time at Beaux Rivage, very disappointed, will not be returning.

What a difference 4 months make. The slots have been tightened almost to Tampa Hard Rock level. The cocktail waitresses are hired for their asses instead of their ability. So disappointed with this trip. Sat at a slot and another persons card was in the machine, she had $2900 in comps, she signed up in Sept. We dropped over 3 grand and barely received $200, something wrong. We'll try the Nugget next trip, beautiful place and slots looser. We get comped for room suite, food, and freeplay, so I can't complain about anything. For years I gave my money to Harrahs, but have found MGM takes much better care of us. Our host,. Lysa Tapper, is amazing. Going so often, we do get sick of the food, and despite some reviews to the contrary, the food is at the best-mediocre. Jia is the best of the mediocre.
