Viewed the website Saturday morning and confirmed the prime rib buffet. Took my wife there ( a part of her Christmas present). After a 35 mile drive (one way) I was told it was crab night (surprise!) for twice the price. My wife doesn’t like crab and we didn’t want to spend $80 on something she didn’t like. The cashier was rude and obtuse. We went elsewhere. I called management a few days later, explained the incident and was told they were sorry. Big whoop! I drive 70 miles, round trip, and they feel I’m not out anything. False advertising, lack of accountability. He advised he had no boss since the GM just got fired. Not professional at all. Boycott this place everyone!

Management is the worst treats his staff with so much disrespect how does he sleep at night. He should quit and see who would hire such an selfish individual. No one in theirright mind would. Some of him staff has been doing his work for several years. No cool. Now he wants to put on his big boy pants and run the place in the ground. So sad

Had never been there before until about 3 weeks ago went because was up north in boyne city with wife, Was not impressed, Buffet food not great, Dessert section was not good and no real selection, Slot machines where horrible and didnt hit for either of us and the atmosphere was not good and security were jerks. I wouldnt go back. Go else where up north.

Sorry but did not enjoy my play. Tables closed at 3 am with people still playing. Slots did not pay out like I was hoping. Copper food was good. It also closes at 4am. Stayed at hotel and the shuttle quit running.
