That is definitely a casino scam. Worked here for 4 years, been playing since 2011. My wife and I have won 1 jackpot in this 12 years.. that's a joke considering we've maintained a higher level player status ..but all that gets us now is just cheaper drinks. We bet ALL OVER the board, yet it's a disappointment Everytime. I usually walk out joking to my wife how my take home deli salad just cost $1,500! Now we gamble knowing we can afford to lose.. but holy shit is it incredibly annoying when 97% of the time we end up here we walk out with nothing. I hate that this is the only casino that isn't over a 2 hour drive to get to..which is why we spend most of our money here. But shit.. it's constant DONATIONS..they can afford to help the school, repair the roads and build a 30 million dollar hotel.. but your a damn casino and the payouts here suck!! So.. take the time to go to four winds or mt pleasant! Everytime we visit these casinos we get endless perk offers, and we USUALLY leave with money. I don't leave reviews, not my thing. But I'm honestly so fed up with this place, I thought them expanding would make it better. But don't even get injured there as it is a nightmare! In April 2021, I was playing a machine at Gun Lake Casio when a metal access panel popped open and hit my feet. Apparently, the panel had a faulty or broken lock (according to the supervisor that helped me). The floor supervisor saw the redness and discoloration on both my feet but never asked about making an incident report and didn’t seem to care that I was limping and in pain. I was treated as if I was a bother and dismissed by both the casino and later their claims rep for their insurance carrier. My feet were injured and I had to eventuality seek medical care and missed work. They refuse to fully reimburse me for all my medical expenses, missed work, and other expenses I had because it was painful to walk. They have everything on video but claim that the panel was not heavy and because it is hinged it could not have damaged my feet even though they have my medical records and doctors statement showing swelling and bruising months after the incident and the doctor’s notation that it was most likely a stress fracture. Five months later and I am still having issues but can’t seek further medical treatment because they refuse to fully pay my prior medical expenses. I lost $800 there tonight, the bonuses are garbage, payouts from max bets are garbage, losing $640 not hitting a bonus = garbage as well, then hitting a bonus and winning $33.00 is garbage. I will write a review on each and every site I come across because every time I go there it’s not fun and I’m over it. I will not go with my boys tomorrow night now because this place legally screws you and fun is minimal, unless there is a good looking female sportin a challenge. (Gun Lake Casino) Place is worst in Michigan....by far! The few times a year I go there for occasions, I can count on losing any dollars I put in a slot machine.

The games are tight every since they open Gun Lake I never win anything it's taking all my money. Me and my husband rode the Gun Lake bus the driver was terrible driver but glad we made it there and back.
