Was a very enjoyable place to visit at first. Now it seems that they change the rules every time I visit which is 6 times a year. The concierges lounge on the 6th floor is small and gets crowded. I've been there over 30 times and the food has only been different once and that was because it was from a cancelled wedding. The front desk staff is always different and just about every time they screw my bill up. I've been double charged more times then I can remember. I take advantage of every BOGO room deal they send me. I also go to the May Kixx concert every year even though they double the room rate. Nice little casino -- very clean with friendly staff. Slots seem a bit looser than other nearby casinos. Tables are nice and you can usually find an open spot.

The casino is on the smaller side , but it is clean and the staff it friendly. Friendly blackjack rules, low minimums, average slots, better than average point system. Then last fall they changed the blackjack table to all continous shuffler machines. Some casinos do that but at least have a $25 shoe table. No reason for this move, it's a state-run resort with a lower gaming tax rate. Slots are still average luck compared to most casinos these days. Point system is worse. Haven't had a multiplier day since new host came in a year ago. Hardly any difference between the 3 players club levels. Food is still good and staff is great. Place gets very crowded on Friday and Saturday nights. Players club system is simple. If you get a free room, you can probably get a suite on a weekday. Nice little sports bar. Not much to do in winter time other than gamble and eat. Video poker machines are bad, the rest of the slots can have some decent wins.
