Hollywood Casino is one of my Mother's favorite places in the whole world, so it's no surprise that she wanted to spend her recent 90th birthday there in September 2018. From the convenient/safe parking, to the serious & attentive but cordial security cadre, to the dazzling décor & cleanliness throughout, to the tasty & efficient restaurant, to a marketing staff who deftly went out of their way making her special day joyful (including a cheery & clear birthday announcement, a generous extra gambling gratuity beyond the usual good $10 perk which welcomes her each visit, and friendly/supportive inclusion in a fun tournament where she was navigated to a share of the winnings among it's contestants while encouraging the crowd to cheer her name with "go Mildred"), it was perfect. We have the utmost appreciation for so many good things at your enterprise which made it such a pleasurable celebration; it will be hard to top when she comes back for her 100th!
