Employees are absolutely terrible - I was new to the whole thing and the girl at counter seemed very put out by my few simple questions about how it worked - seemed like they expect you to hand them your id - not speak - take your card and go - security when we entered was pert … we spent 15 min and $28 (no wins) and left - we won’t be back - the security when we left was different one she seemed nice but it was too late
Can't win there and man I've tried. Tired of wasting my money so will no longer try. Last time I was there few jackpots were announced and bells sure weren't going off much. 3 strikes in one month and they're out!
Was getting free rooms until they reset player club tier points back to zero.,.was just short of 3 star status. They also sent me an invite for a vip parking pass ,which I accepted. After being knocked down to 1 star the free rooms stopped and I received a letter saying my vip pass would expire and not be renewed.,I lost so much money last year I claimed it on taxes. Went a few more times only to lose 100 dollar bills until I ran out. Would be lucky to ever win enough to cover the bet once in awhile. Sent Sara Boyd a nice letter about this and never got a response. Well now instead of getting 400-600 dollars or more a trip they get nothing from me anymore. Also the beer was 6 bucks a bottle..Funny the same beer is 3 bucks a bottle a Boothill casino and much colder. Do not go to Mulvane unless your not very good at math.
Only play here if you have too much money. The slots are SO VERY TIGHT. Used to be you can walk into the casino with $100 and play for hours. Now chances are you will be broke in 30 minutes. I am not a first time gambler at this casino. I have been playing here for over 5 years and have seen this casino deteriorate rapidly. They are so greedy all they want is your money. For instance the last time I went I put $20 into a $0.30 machine I finally got the bonus and won $1.82. I went to another $0.30 machine where it took a whopping $90 to get the bonus! Imagine my shock, surprise, and anger when I won $0.72!!! I spun the machine about 20 more times and could not even win my bet back. I then went to another machine that was a $0.50 machine and spent $50. Rarely did I ever hit anything over my bet amount and I never did get the bonus. In all the casino after $160 and I was only in the casino for about 45 minutes. Never once did I see a waitress going around with drinks, and the casino was very messy. My visit was 6:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Don't get me wrong, when I go to a casino I do not expect to always win, but I do expect a rewarding gaming experience. Even if I do not win back in the bonus everything I have invested in the machine, at least it would give me something to play with. This casino is all about take your money, and take it as fast as they can!
Avoid this place if you like to play slots. Don't know how to say this any plainer, avoid like the plague. This place needs to be investigated to see if it's actually paying out what it's supposed to.
