ATM in the Casino took my card and approve the transaction and no money came out, casino work help me to fix it and told me the credit to be in my bank in a few day with reference numbers. Now i call back they says they can't help me and give me the atm company number when I call they tell me to contract casino. Don't Go there if you don't want to get scam
As some of the other reviews have already said this place is way to tight on thier slots. Bonus spins are laughable if you are even luck to get one. I stop in a few times a week on my way home from work and for over two months my free play or cash hasn't done squat. Will not be donating anymore money to them myself. I would hope that the manager would see reviews like this and realize they are losing players and make changes but I doubt it.
Whoever said the smoke is not bad was not at the same casino that I was. Spent 3 days there and got to know the casino well. Second hand smoke is VERY BAD. I got a headache and nausea every day there. It apparently is a State owned/controlled casino and the slot payouts are paltry. Downright stingy to be true. Very juvenile atmosphere as you have to go in and out at a gate controlled by a "security guard". Can't buy an alcoholic drink and take it back to your room. So, if you go, take BYOB. If you like being treated well by slots...............do NOT go there.
Here is a rundown of last night's slot action for me at LA star casino: walked in with $1500.00 bankroll played a machine Max bet of 4.00 spin was down 300.00 when I finally hit bonus free spins rettriggered bonus 3 times for a total of 32 spins at Max bet my bonus totaled $18.90 and 14.00 of that was for getting the bonus itself. Tried another slot at $6.00 Max bet I was down over $450.00 when I got the bonus which paid a whopping $21.28 being stupid I figured it had to be an unlucky bonus and next one would pay better... Nope another $280.00 later and bonus round hit for a grand payout of... Drum roll... $12.00 that was how my night went on every machine I played and seemed the same for everyone else as well. All in all $1500.00 lost and not one time did my machines make the celebration music for a decent hit. It is like this every time I go here which will never happen again the place is flat out robbing people and they are not even trying to make it look fair. They are constantly fined for not making minimum payback percentage required by law but it's the state being fined by the state so it's just a legal formality meaning nothing. They even admitted during a news interview that they would prefer getting fined every month over meeting payback requirements because fines are paid from the state lottery board right back to the state lottery board so cost them nothing in the end and profits are better when payback is set as low as central control system will allow.... This is a blatant abuse of government power to scam people and it needs to be investigated by the Fed's. They have there profit and expense reports posted publicly online google it and take a look at the math people
