Three years ago I first went to KS Star Casino. I hit two slots .25 and 1.00 for a 9,000 and a 12,000 jackpot within the first 6 months. For the past 2 1/2 years my 86 year old mom and I have gone here at least 2-3 times a month. I have not hit any payout on any denomination over $100 dollars. Many times on the 1.00 slots I would donate 30-40 dollars and not hit one darn payout! Same with all the other slots from the pennies to the quarters. Put in 20 to 30 dollars and mabey hit 5 dollars max. I know that your slots were tighted up after you were open those first couple years. You don’t see anybody, mabey 1-2 people, hit anything of significant. I’m talking over a 4-5 hour window. It use to be fun but not anymore. You can’t tell me that you don’t have control over payouts. You fluffed up the payouts for a year or two and once you got the people “hooked” you saw profit margins instead of customer having a good time. I’m sorry but that’s what I feel. Give-always like dishes, pots and pans, tools are nice but are real expensive at your place!
