If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I have been a pretty loyal patron to this place as I live 5 minutes from the star. They have really tightened up their machines, I have seen thousands of dollars put into a machine with nothing to show for it, there drawings, giveaways, and slot tournaments are so rigged, they show no appreciation to loyal patrons, I had put a lot of money into a progressive machine when the area was closed down for maintenance I had it $2.00 away from maxing out the progressive, I cashed out for the maintenance, asked the security gentleman if I could have the machine back when they were done, he said sure we'll put the chair up, I said ok and sat right across the area to wait. They finished, let the ropes down on the opposite end from where I was standing, and a lady that had been circling me before the maintenance was waiting on that end and took off running and got to the machine first. They did not put the chair up. I spoke to a supervisor and was told there is nothing they can do it is first come first serve. I walked out and have not went back since. I now drive a little farther to Oklahoma where I see appreciation for my business and the machines aren't as tight as fort knox.
