Staff are super. Pros. Kind and helpful. Very clean. I recently quit smoking and even in the smoking section the smoke does not bother me. I've won a couple of jackpots. My players card presently is at the highest level. Comps have been great including generous free play. VIP hosts keep in touch which is always helpful. Nice spa but a huge letdown that you can't buy a day pass for the spa and they do not have any men on staff. So they need to work on getting day passes available at least for vips and at least one male therapist. There is a really nice cozy restaurant/bar. Have the hor d voures. A plate of sliders is a meal. Or have them make you a grilled cheese and tomato club. Delish I am not a fan of Roberts Buffet. Its over priced cafeteria food. I would love to see them reach a little higher. But that is true of the sister act in Riverside Iowa as well. The casino just turned a year old so it's still a bright and shiny bauble. Keeping any 24 hour a day hospitality business bright and fun is a challenge but so far this group has done well.
