They took out the buffet, no front door drop off for handicapped people have to park a long ways away from the main door. Construction going on, all the machines that were on the West Side have been removed of the casino adding on to the high limit area with a bar. and no drink servers on Monday and Tuesday and the deli doesn't open till 11:00 a.m. and the food selection is poor

Worst casino ever. Should be investigated. I'm a elite been going since it opened. Never won more than 500.00. Spent thousands. Went last week played Mayan Chief . Put 500.00 in machine never hit more than 9.00 on a screen. Oh yeah I was max betting. This place is terrible. DONT GO LETS PUT THIS PLACE OUT OF BUSINESS.

if you go expect a loss, you might as well take a lighter and burn your money, you would get more entertainment from that... Seriously, this casino is Tight man. They don't comp you, E table black jack never bust on bust cards, if you play slots you rarely get bonus that pays anything remotely back that you've spent hell you walk in a spend 500.00 and get nothin and i mean nothing back. from table to slots to high limit room, i am telling you don't give them any of your money nor business. This place should be investigated... free coffee and free soft drinks thats it, there food prices are expensive and nothing special...

the only people that win are from Anderson.The pay back is not there.You do not even get a small win.This is the worst casino ever.And the comps are not good. For what you lose you should get something good but you do not.Anywhere else they would give back a good comp.Lets say you lose $1500.00 Hoosier gives back $15.00 any where else gives back $120.00. THIS IS ONE BAD CASINO They want to give back to the people who live in the county and not to anyone outside it

I am an elite member that has had enough. No perks, comps. Other casinos offer me plenty including free rooms. Negative experience with floor supervisor. Slots are too tight. Too much competition to waste your time here

Downside No Hotel. You can actually win some money at slots but unpredictable. Get mailings and coupons always for $5.00 casino cash. Need to mix it up besides always getting $5.00. Only reason customer service is bad because at the buffet and other food outlets.(employees are rude) Buffet is horrible. You get more for your money at fast food place down the street. Casino also mails you comps for buffet but buffet is always having a special because it's so bad and your comps are no good, they will not honor coupons or comps for buffet. Don't know why they mail them out. Again spend your money on food at a cheaper and better place down the road.

Every time I visit, the casino gets better! Boring and bland games have been getting replaced by flashier ones. Eight Digideal tables are always full and the girls attending them are HOT!

The floor service needs to get better, as it is very hard to get a drink, even on the "slow nights". The "High Limits" room is a bore, and also need to be improved greatly before the casino can compete even with the middle of the road joints.

The weekends are fun and exciting, especially when special events are going on. The staff is friendly and engaging, for the most part, and I had a great time over New Years. What a PARTY!! If you're in the area, it's worth a stop.
