I've been going to Fort Hall several times in the last few years. At first I was into playing slots and I really couldn't win much or anything the whole time I was there. You might get lucky if your Max Betting but that is very risky and short lived success will go sour pretty soon. I've won a lot and put it back... shamefully. Plus a lot of the newer slots are set for 60 cents or above and you have to Max $6 or more to play progressive bonus. I'm advanced/intermediate video poker player and is okay and JoB payout is poor and you might have to settle for video bonus poker games for the chance of much greater jackpots. There are more times that I've played hundred of dry hands and nothing. Keno is probably the safest, and that is not saying a lot considering the bonus rounds for cleo keno begin in the first few rounds, after that it's down hill. I've sat besides people who will bet $10 a push and win big, but not everyone has that kind of cash to blow and you would have to walk away before feeding it back to the casino. Caveman & Power are a little better payouts but you can safely sit for HOURS and it up and down. I've had two technical incidences where my keno machine froze, and was read "initializing system." Also on slots machines that go into bonus rounds for no reason, but still didn't pay anything. Another slot machine I should have won lines but didn't? I'm I to believe the machines are that poorly kept or that I'm under the mercy of the casino on whether I win or not? Not fair gaming if that is the case.

There not a lot of benefit being part of the players club because it doesn't give diddly, $5 dollars bonus bucks and you spend hundreds or even thousands. Lately they cheapen up and seem to cut out hotel stay. No free meal credits or you have to use the credits you've already earned. I'm local so it doesn't matter but it would be a nice treat.

The Buffalo Horn Grill has served up really good food, so far I have no complaints and the service is friendly. Speed depends on the amount of customers vs staff. They need an extra restroom for the grill, and a extra one for the casino floor or you will have to walk you pants across the casino into the bingo hall to find a available restroom when one is being serviced. They need more janitors on the floor to clean and replace ash trays and garbage.
I do smoke and I'm sorry to all the non-smokers who I've offended with my cigarettes but I can agree they need better ventilation without the fans blowing on top of you either.

They do offer free coffee and soda. They offer monthly cash/prize drawings and if your lucky enough to still be playing you might win something in the hot seat drawing or you will have to spend some cash for a minimal points to play the swipe and win kiosk games being offered, or the chance to be entered into a drawing. Once I had over a thousand entries, not once drawn. It sucks that most of the drawings are on business days were people have to work and can't make it out. Sometimes the same people are picked more than once. Very few times they are on the weekend.

I know a lot of people understand what I'm saying in all this and it seems the complaints are consistent. You should play for fun, but walking away losing most of the time is not fun!

To conclude I understand they are wanting to expand the casino, and management has changed, but there are more people who come out are just average locals who want a good gaming experience. Lots of seniors. There are people who bring serious cash, but if that is what it's going to take to win than I guess many don't stand a chance. Bring what you don't mind losing and hope for the best ,but expect the worst.
