My wife and I have come out here off and on since this place opened. Each time we come back is after friends tell us it has gotten better. Well, if it has, it's only in getting better at taking your money. The machines are dull. The gaming room shows no excitement at all and smokey. The lighting is much better since the first time we walked in there. It was walking in a movie theater with the movie running that dark. The roads getting there are much safer compared to the first few years they were open. This is the best thing about the place. Other than that I would never stay there nor game there if I didn't have to.

I’ve frequented this place since 1997. Long ago winners were what built their business. That All stoped in the and a win became breaking even. Now it from great experience is ( how much are they going to charge per hour to kill time her? Over the years I have come to realize it’s not gambling it’s a hang out for felons , tribal members and employees. They are the only customers that can play hours on 5$ and every time they sit dow win 50$. It’s I’m afraid All in the player card information strip. I beleive if you do not fall into that above mentioned catigories you then fall into the cash cow one. NO one likes being stalked by the casino’s high volume of lizards, hoping to wait you out until you put large amounts of cash in a machine to sit down and take a withdrawal . The same pathetic casino pets follow you threw out the day waiting to capitalize on your losses. Machine after machine the same person sits down within seconds of you getting up. That’s called stalking anywhere else on earth but the CDA Casino unlike any other welcomes this activity. I complained about a local getting mouthy, and was told that I was the agresser when I never have spoken one word to this lowlife casino rat. My choice is obvious neve go back. My advise to you is be careful at that place the sheriff doesn’t frequent there daily because they have savery clients.!!!

I have been to the Couer d Alene casino 7 times, I drive from Washington State. The last 2 times the payouts were very low. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days...I had no big wins and neither did my mom.I am trying to figure out what is going on. They also changed the buffet to be closed on Mondays Tuesdays and Weds and Thursdays forcing us to eat breakfast and dinner at the cafe. We loved the buffet and feel the prices are reasonable. So we will try again hoping that this time the machines are playing at a higher percentage.I wish they would take my opinion and change their buffet days, and return it to the way it was before. The casino is comfortable, has a wide variety of machines, easy to maneuver around and find your way.

My son had booked a room at the Spa Towers for us to stay in for two nights. I decided I would like to stay another night so I called the desk to see if the room was available for me to continue another nights stay. They confirmed it was available and I was assured it was all taken care of for my continued stay in that room. The next day I leave to go shopping for a few hours when I came back my key wouldnt open the door. I had to walk the long distance to the desk which already made me irritated. Then when I told them room such and such key not working. They started acting strangely whispering to coworker thats room :: and call security. Mind you not saying nothing to me not a word. They call security and I'm freaking out thinking omg what is going on.. What happened did someone break in my room why are they calling security and no one will tell me anything. I was very upset and confused. About 10 minutes later security arrives . Come to find out they moved me to another room. That room was reserved already for someone else. It was not a special room mind you. So while I was gone they went into my room that I had left about 1 pm and they gathered all of my belongings and things I had in there threw them in plastic bags and moved them into another room . By the time I got there someone else was already in my room. I was dumbfounded at what had happened . I felt very violated. I had been staying there for 3 days. I had my toiletries throughout the bathroom and my things all over etc. They went through everything and touched it threw it in a clear plastic bag and took it out. I had a few things missing. My son had told me later that he had them do that to him the last time he stayed there too and he had prebooked the room for 2 nights. If it was a suite or something special I could understand but it was a standard at no special area of the motel. Now we were able to get these rooms using our rewards comps. So does this mean that we are just trash because we got free rooms and they dont care about you so kick you out for people paying at the time. Even though we spend a lot in the casino. All I know is that it was the most invasive thing I have ever had happen. Being that my son had them do that to him too the month before really makes it unbelievable. It was not an accident that it happened one time. I also had not received so much as a call, text or email about them going into my person belongings like that. Why??? Very upsetting to say the least. So if you are using your rewards you are nothing I guess. I have been going there for 20 yrs regularly and after that... I chose to spend my money at Quest now.
