I played $300 on Wheel of Fortune at $1 per play and in 300 spins I won ZERO times. Not even a single win. They could have at least let me win a dollar spin or something. NEVER going back!

Cheated out of high hand jackpot I was cheated out of a $500 high hand on a technicality on Dec 16, 9:30pm. I never mucked my hand. Dealer name: JJ Table: 5 I won a pot without showdown having quad 4's. I tell JJ to look at my hand. He puts the cards in the muck. I say, "No don't muck it. Look" He looks He goes to muck my hand. I say, "No, high hand" JJ announces "High hand" Cards are still in the muck WTF?! I get cheated out of the high hand. I used to be a semi-regular here. I don't know if I can play here anymore or recommend this place. I hope upper-management makes this right.

We all have choices. I have stuck to Gulfstream for years and have given up going to other casinos. One determining factor is winnability. Another factor in choosing this casino was the rewards program. Both have deteriorated to an unacceptable level. The casino promises reward gifts and severely under estimates and under delivers. Trickery at best. they advertise and motivate players to come play for points and "while supplies last" means a few gifts. At over 9000 points in a month there were no 4000 point gifts and no 8000 point gifts had to settle for 2000. Next month over 5000 points early in nightnot 4000 point gifts but same low quality 2000 point gift. Don't be fooled don't trust heir ads. They only over promise and under deliver Move on find a better casino

They even had this promo posted on a billboard right by the casino. I got to spin that wheel when I signed up with them, I won $10. So a while later I wanted to take my friend over, so I called them to see what promotions they had for new members, they said still same wheel spin, so my friend came with me and while he was at the players club, I was at the slot machine, so we started playing on his card to put points and once he reached whatever they requiered (I beliebe 5 points) , I told him go get that $1000 lol! So next thing you know, he is coming back with $10 on a card. And he said they told him that the spinning wheel is out of service. SO I asked for a manager, and I told him, I called before coming and you confirmed that my friend will get a chance to win up to $1000, so what's up with this automatic determination of $10??? Who gets to decide? And if you get to decide that, and your wheel is broken at least for inconvenience give $50 or something... Guess what he wispered in my ear? lol... It is the most unfair casino I have ever experienced. For the past four years I didn't hear even one individual screaming with joy about winning a jackpot. If you want an indication, just take five minutes and watch the faces of the people leaving... that will tell you the entire story. You want even better indication, ask the people going out if any of them won, you will be shocked by the stories. When I enquired, why I don't ever win here and do the other players around me, they say that it is an entertainment... if so then this is by far the most expensive entertainment... go watch a movie and pay $15 and have a wonderful experience for two hours... If you want the full story, read below: I was there a few months back playing video poker and I used to play here fairly often and every time I cashed out my tickets at the cashier they would always run my money through a money counting machine before giving it to me. Well On this particular instance they did not do that and I cashed out for like $400 or something like that (just know that several $100 bills were involved) The cashier handed me my big bills but did not run them through the counting machine and I didn't think anything of it until I got to the bank and went to deposit the money I had just won into the ATM. It kept spitting one of the $100's back and i finally held it up to the light and realized there were no watermarks and it was fake. So I immediately drove back to the casino to tell them about it. I kept walking around trying to talk to the head of security and kept getting the run around and finally after about 20 minutes someone in a security shirt came up to me and told me that they couldn't do anything because I had already left the premises (understandable) but that it was impossible that I was given a fake bill there because all cashiers run all bills though counting machines before handing them out to patrons and they detect counterfeit bills.
