Don't go here looking for fun entertainment only losing money in the worst payouts on the East Coast I've been here all week and not seen one nice pay out the staff is friendly but at the same time I don't understand how they stay employed casino is so desolate

I played blackjack for a few hours. Mostly breaking even, at one point I was down $300. Then I got a good streak going and found myself up $700. At that point several pit bosses were congregated right by my table, looking upset / worried, and kept looking at me. I've had much much bigger wins and losses than that at other places. That's just how it goes. There are big wins and big losses. This place tried to make you feel guilty for winning only a little bit. Got some food at the snack bar on the way out. Was decent food, and very very inexpensive. Only positive thing at all at this place. No time for fun because each spin is a losing spin. Bonus games hardly ever come your way. If they do don't get excited because many will net you a zero win after many free spins. The more you bid the less your chances of winning and the quicker they will take your money. The casino is now empty of crows many nights. It has been months since I have seen their machines pay out. If your machine runs out of paper you will be waiting a long time for a slot attendant. You would be better giving your money away to someone of your choice and saving your gas, time and toll money. There were NO "rude" employees there. They have a really nice atmosphere, great buffet, and a really nice lounge for VIP's - The Black Diamond Lounge. Everything is handicap accessible as well. It is a smaller casino but big on customer service. They have entertainment, i.e. bands and shows all the time. I went up to a floor manager with a very legitimate concern about handicap access, he looked and me and said what 'dya want me to do, I'm getting off in ten minutes and walked away. The food is, although not what it once was,good. The slots are usually friendly, and they have the best selection of table games in Del. I can remember what this place was the day it opened, and I can tell you that it has come a long way, just as Dover has. This isn't the biggest nor the nicest. However, it is close and on the way to the beach. Of the three casinos in DE, it is the best one for table games. It seems like we never do well at the slots. Dover seems to have a higher payout. Delaware Park is terrible. I am not sure what the payout percentage is for their slot machines. They used to have a 6 or 8 deck shoe but most of their games are now on the constant shuffle machines. I think it gives the house slightly higher odds. They report the high roller room has 6 or 8 deck shoes. The buffet is the best one out of the three casinos in DE. The food can be very good or mediocre depending on the day or when the fresh food comes out. Usually it has been fine for us. The dealers for the most part are very nice and will try to help novices at Blackjack and Craps. There are a lot of newbies at the $2 Blackjack tables and they often do questionable things, but I don't know if if makes much of a difference with the constant shuffle machines.
