We patronize the Lodge frequently and basically did not have a problem until we attempted to contact the casino's General Manager with a question. Not only did he not return our call but in subsequent attempts we never heard back. Basically we enjoy the Lodge but have reservations if you need to obtain management assistance. They simply don't care.
