My wife and I stayed here a few times, the hotel is amazing and for the most part the employees are great! However it seems the table games staff aren't there to have fun, only to make money, and if you don't tip them every hand they are very snobby, and rude.
This is a pleasant hotel, but lacking in a good restaurant. Also, kind of hard to find your away around. A gift shop with basics like wine, beer, pop, chips, etc. would be nice, but there isn't one, just a small "cart" with a few gift items. It is understaffed. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Bed is very nice. Valet parking required a wait, but easy enough. Plenty of slots but not enough of the really interesting ones like you find in Las Vegas. The steakhouse is medicore and service was slow. The Fireside Kitchen restaurant served inedible food, and a loooonnggg wait - they said they were overwhelmed by room service order and couldn't get to the restaurant orders.
