Just have to say that West Virginia is a dying state! We have a hard enough time with business coming to West Virginia and staying here. Then you get people from other state to come here to visit your casino and you give them shitty service!! Way to go guys!! Run everyone off until the casino closes because there is not enough guest to keep it open!!! What ever happened to customer service huh! Its not about you! Its about your guest that come there to play which in turn pays you the employee!!! Every review I have read the people said they will not be back!! Not one good review!! Keep it up and you will all be out of a job!! The owners need to be contacted and they need to know how the management does not care about their guest!!! Sad!!

Playing three card poker today. I had 3 of a kind that paid me out really well. 2 hands later I did the smart thing and decided to get up. When I was getting up the dealer scoffed and said “Hitting and running are we?” And rolled his eyes at me! I told the floor manager about this but they didn’t seem to mind. Apparently they don’t hold their employees to a very high standard when it comes to basic manners.

Last week I got a room at the Mardi Gras casino in WV. Upon arriving around 6PM, I went upstairs to my room and discovered there was no water. When I called down to the desk, they informed me there was work being done on the building and we wouldn’t have water until at least 8 PM. I do not want to pay full rate for a room that does not have water for a few hours of my stay, and when I asked for a reduction or refund, they refused and told me there were other hotels close to the casino if I wished to check their availability. This lack of communication is rude and shows pure ignorance from management. I will not be back.

This past weekend I took a trip to Mardi Gras with my family and was very excited when I hit my first handpay at the casino! My excitement quickly turned to aggravation when I had to wait a little over an hour for my money. When I asked why this process was so difficult (we had dinner reservations we ended up losing because of the wait) the employee I talked to told me they were understaffed and mentioned how “impatient” I was when I have never had a handpay take more than 15 minutes elsewhere. This unprofessional and rude behavior has made them lose my business.

I have never seen machines this tight! This weekend I spun through my entire bankroll of $200 in 30 minutes! I am a retired low roller who just plays for the enjoyment, but when I look at nothing but dead spins it just makes me mad.
