Ridiculous Slot play. What a shame ! 

Most of the casino is okay. Very few slots you win good. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND their restaurants, especially Johnny Rockets. Me and 3 of my girlfriends sat down and ordered food and were just talking among ourselves, and all of a sudden security came and told us the manager wanted us to leave. And they didn’t really have a reason. They just said she said we were being too loud but we weren’t. We asked to speak to the manager and they said she won’t come talk to us. I’ve been a manager before, you do NOT ignore your customers. If they felt like we were disturbing other guests, which we weren’t, they could’ve came and talk to us nicely and let us know to quiet down a little but nobody even came to us and give us a warning. All we got was two security guys coming up to us after we had already ordered our food, and said we had to leave. So we didn’t get any food and we didn’t get a good reason why they wanted us out. We did not do anything wrong and only mind our own business. And we still didn’t get a chance to talk to the manager. She would NOT come talk to us. This was dealt really poorly and unprofessional. They definitely need better management in the Johnny Rocket’s restaurant. We will definitely no go back to support them. Obviously they did not want our money and support. 

We place a ticket for $102 into a machine that did not show the credit, Service called, we are cross examined and treated like dirt, remember now I have a family of 4 three are VIP's who have spent thousands over the last few years at river Spirit. When we were accused of lying about putting the ticket in the machine, we asked to have security view the surveillance video (which they have at every machine)we were suddenly told we would be escorted out of the casino. Told by a large female security guard "Don't Come Back" I will never spend another cent at River Spirit, that will tally to thousands of VIP dollars for not only 4 family members, but, several friends who are high stakes players. River Spirit Casino has not earned our loyalty any longer. They need to train their customer service and security personnel to treat customers with respect. If you read other reviews you will see only negative. I will take my business to another casino, and tell everyone I encounter how bad a failing enterprise River Spirit really is.........seriously disappointed. 

Stay away unless you have money to burn tight no pay out machines house players no wonder creek casinos are 82 million in the red if you like to donate your money put up with rude employees the smell loud crack heads this is your kind of place.dont believe me set put front see how fast people come and go with a sad face or how many are smilin take my advice buy scracth off tickets find a new hobby or help them get that 82 milliom dollar debt paid off drop me a email with ypur thoughts

Worst place ever. Everytime they have drawings at night the machines are turned off you cannot win. Monday nights and Thursday nights I know for a fact the machines are turned off. Do not go there they are terrible. They set the machines so they will not pay out....
