This casino leaves alot to be desired. Management cares nothing for the customers, no rewards for new sign up's, and you can feel like it's all a set up to take your money. I do not recommend to anyone, unless you just want to give your money away. Came from Virginia and never again will I visit this casino.

Well after spending two years playing 50cents at this and spending between 20-30 dollars every week or two and have never won more then 30 dollars of there money. The way these games work is... spend 50c get 25, spend 50 get 50, spend 50 nothing, spend 50 nothing..... and so on..... comon guys at least give me a 50 dollar win.. lots of sad faces and one person wins, while everyone else gets cleaned out... they talk about that one person winning to try to get you to spend money. Really sad. 20 dollars gets me about 20 mins in this place, in a real casino I bring a larger bankroll because the odds are at least 10x better at an actual casino. Dont forget these guys are not regulated by new york state and they follow there own guidlines... ever since they have been handing out free plays, there gaming has gotten even worse. Oh and dont go when they offer match plays because they set the odds even worse then usual and you never never win. Just an observation here.. on the upside every employee ive ever met there is great. I may start recording my gameplay and putting it on youtube... thats how bad it is

I have been going to this casino for years . I have scored atleast 8 or 9 handpays . I like the quieter less noisy atmosphere. Also just recently they began sending me valuable freeplay and matchplays in the mail. Improvments in speed of customer service and free drink cart could be made . Otherwise its a solid 4 out of 5 for a small casino .

This was my first visit to this casino and it was interesting. It is a Class II casino which means that all of the games you play are based on bingo. There is no video poker, only slot machines which, if you look closely, show a bingo card somewhere in the window. You have to use a players club card when you play because the credits are put on the card and when you are ready to cash out you have to go to the cashier cage to get your money. There are signs throughout the casino, as well as on the back of the club card, that you must cash out your credits each day or your will lose your money because all accounts are zeroed out at the end of each gaming day. That part was a little strange.

Run don't walk from this place. They boast 650 slots yet they have no one on staff to repair the machines when they break. I was stuck along with dozens of others waiting for machines to be repaired. In the meantime you can't get your credits off of your card. Once I gave up waiting and left, they took the credits off of my card. (MY MONEY) which you can't get back. I stopped there today, no appology. All they did was offer me free play to make up for the credit I lost. These people could care less what you think. The only way to get their attention is to STOP playing at their casino.
