The head of F & B at GCH and GCM should be fired! I used to work at Grand Grill Americana. Although I loved my co-workers and the job, I had the ability to make people sick with my job and got paid the same as a toilet scrubber! That restaurant is gone and in its place is the Grille House. Horrible food!!! I hated the buffet there...the buffet at Mille Lacs isn’t even open during the week so I can’t review that. Don’t waste your money eating at GCH. Very disappointing that management would agree to these changes. Glad I no longer work there and I’ve always been free to tell friends to stay away.

I find it discouraging that they opt to close a 20x42 sq foot of space ( the poker room) to move in high steaks table games. They have more floor space for handing out free gifts than this room occupies. The poker room represents friends and acquaintances playing poker. The original gambling activity which is now frowned upon. It doesn't produce enough revenue per square foot. A casino of this size and no poker room!!? Embarrassing for this area. We rent RV space, eat at restaurant, play slots and go to concerts because of the poker. I am embarrassed that ypur CEO does not comprehend the beginning of gambling...on which this whole casino started. So sad to see it go. I will not return to your casino and will advise friends to stay away.

Terrible service, rude dealers and put boss, if you are a high stakes player absolutely do not play at this casino, I play a lot of high stakes blackjack and this casino is by far the worst all the way around, definitely go somewhere else. The hotel at the casino does have very nice rooms though

I love gaming, and since I live close to Grand Casino Hinckley, I visit often. Until now. The place has really gone downhill. Slots are very, very tight. Rumors abound that both the Hinckley and Mille Lacs casinos are not doing well financially. Thus, fewer and fewer payouts. Even blackjack tables are shockingly poor. The rumors may be true, for fewer and fewer gamers seem to go there anymore. Having said that, though, there are two bright spots. The food at the Americana Grill is awesome! Also, hotel rooms at the main hotel are very nice and clean. Just beware of the gaming issues.

Decided to take a long drive today from the Twin Cities to give Grand Casino Hinckley a chance at my gambling dollars. Played video keno for a few hours with absolutely no luck. Played in the no smoking section (which is a decent size). It was tough getting even 2 out of 2 on the machine I was playing. No one around me was winning at video keno. After reaching my limit decided to pull the rip cord and get a meal. The Buffet at Grand Casino was well priced for a Sat. brunch and the food was pretty darn good. Not a huge buffet but it hit the spot. Good service from the staff too. Walked around the casino after the meal. Did not see anyone winning or even smiling. I was surprised considering it was a Saturday where you would think the machines would be a little looser. Anyway, Good Luck if you go, I'm done with this place!!
