Best place ever, friendly and comfortable

I loved going to Live, but once Cornish Group started the new hotel, every thing changed....slots for some reason had to have been reset because you had previously been able to play for a while until you lost your money, now you can't even play it takes your money....very quickly. I have watched the people that have been able to hit a few machines and most play the max, that most of us can't afford, they do not play with a players card, it seems the player card has your money disappear faster then without. The staff is not as friendly and the garage security is a joke....left there the other evening, security in a cart looking at his phone not aware of any patrons leaving elevator garage, I sat in my car and watched him for 7 minutes and he never looked around site or cars... the Cornish Group has lost all my respect for the "robbery" of the clients....most go knowing that they will lose, but sure would like to have a few hours of enjoyment. The overhead announcement of " another jackpot has just been won" has gone down about 75%....since fall of 2017....going to try new casino!!!!

You reach Platinum and you get a$340 bonus play , great then they take it away even though you played $80,000 in a month. This is BS. At the Horseshoes at $100,000 level you a Diamond member get to go to a good diamond lounge and drink and this is also good in Las Vegas at any of their six casinos also you get a host and areall comped rooms . The diamond lounge at the aparis is very very nice and free for diamond members, hot food and drinks.The number at tier levels for live are outrageous and not a great return for your playing money. Also it is Difficult to find a manager tospeak about your grievances. I went to the host office to see if they could correct the situation, waiting on an answere. Giving them a chance to improve, there are two other casinos to go to , both have player cards you can use here and also in Las Vegas and other parts of the country!

$25 dollars slot machine jackpot paid $1,200. Lowest payout percentage I have ever experienced in my life. High limit slots are set so low. Wasted my time, money, and not going back to Live. You just lost another high limit player. 

Everyone on here is crying because they lost money. The parking lot is clean the people are friendly and the slots do pay out. Like any place its hot and cold. I have hit here just like at horseshoe and mgm and they are all about the same. Also the staff is nice, the food places are fine, the new hotel is very nice best in the BWI AA area. People crying about losing money when they go to casinos are a joke. that is the whole job of the casino. I go here probably 5 times a month and win at least 2 or 3 of those times. Also so far this year as a platinum member I have gotten a ton of free play, and hit on that too.
