The 32,000-square-foot casino also includes three full-service restaurants and several fast food outlets plus three cocktail lounges/casino bars, meeting and convention space, a covered parking garage and a gift shop.

Included on the gaming floor are over 1,000 slot and video poker machines, 27 gaming tables, a keno parlor and a sports book. Table games include classics like Craps with 5x odds, Roulette and of course, Blackjack. You’ll even find some single-deck blackjack games with 3-to-2 payoffs on blackjacks! Other games include Three Card Poker, Blackjack Switch, Fortune Pai Gow, Mississippi Stud, Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Let It Ride.

Start your day by signing up for the Royal Players Club. Your club card is the key to cashback, comps, discounts and special invitations to VIP events. You’ll use your card while playing at the machines or the same card can be used for recognition at the table games. For most machines it takes approximately $5 coin-in (or $8 on video poker) to earn one point and 40 points is equal to $1 in cashback. Or, if you prefer comps, then you can get $1 in comps for each 20 points you redeem.

You’ll find some of the newest slot games and good video poker on the casino floor, including several banks of video poker that are “full-pay” and offer over 100% payback, all featuring TITO (Ticket-In-Ticket-Out) for easier, faster play.

When you sign up for your card and earn 20 points you will receive $10 in free slot play and a voucher for a 2-for-1 meal in Magnolia’s Veranda restaurant. Coupon sheets are also sometimes being handed out. Be sure to get one as they often include some good offers for deals throughout the hotel, gift shop and restaurants. The coupon offers change every few months.

New members signing up for the Royal Player’s Club also receive a free t-shirt after earning their first 70 points within the first 24 hours of sign-up. Be sure to ask at the club booth about other specials or promotions going on when you sign up too.

Another great perk of the Royal Player’s Club is a 2-for-1 dinner voucher for Magnolia’s Veranda during your birthday month. Ask for it at the club booth if it’s your birthday month when visiting.

Club 55 is another nice benefit if you’re 55 years of age or older and a member of the Royal Players Club. You’ll be treated to extra perks like 20% off in Magnolia’s Veranda Restaurant, Hugo’s, or the  Chicago Brewing Company; 20% off standard room rates; and 20% off on purchases in the gift shop.

For a special night out you’ll want to dine at Hugo’s Dining Room and Wine Cellar. It’s a fabulous gourmet room but still reasonably priced. It is often voted as a favorite in many polls in various publications. You’ll also find the Chicago Brewing Company on the premises for fine micro-brewed beers and an enjoyable lunch or dinner.
