First time at this casino a few months ago, I play craps and this casino does not have machines or table for craps. Did not stay to play, but seemed like decent casino and hotel.

Haven't stayed @ hotel YET :-) Just came back from trip on 2-19. As always great time,food & love your slots!!! I take the penquin run bus, Rosie & Eddie & Lalo treat me well, I have disabilities thank you all! & the drive is so beautiful, if you haven't tried ValleyViews bus program try it !

Lots of good games for small denominations. Except for Saturday - there's always a promo where members can win $5.00 up to $1,000. Buffet is best I've seen and mostly free to majority of members who get at least 1 free buffet per month. Most quarter machine 3,5,10-play video poker and spin poker have very good pay schedule. My complaint is that their machines are not clean. The cleaning staff will eyeball the machines and only clean for any trash. I always bring a wet paper towel because the machine surface is usually dusty with cigarette ash or is sticky because of dried spilled soda. Unlike in Barona where a cleaning person regularly wipes down the machine from top to bottom, and even the chairs are wiped-clean.

It is worth the trip for the free buffet (for new sign-ups), just be prepared to wait. I am not a lobster fan, but this is the freshest buffet I have ever been to. My husband was treated especially well the last time he went as I was not there. The staff waited on him due to his disability so he did not have to constantly get up and down. I love the large non-smoking room. The variety of machines is very good. The Player's Club staff is always very helpful and they have multiple stations open so you do not have to wait forever. We will definitely go again.

This is a fun casino where you can win on the slots once in a while or at least have fun for your money. A few negatives- the crowds are crazy at times. They bus folks in and it is hard to get a machine and eat at times. I don't play table games so I really can't comment on them. Food and drink is reasonable but on the $ side. We would like a few more options for a quick bite to eat. Maybe a deli. Buffets are too time consuming. I just want to gamble! They also maintain their slots well and I do enjoy the benefits of their players card.

ok ... PRO´S First of all, the buffet, one of the best in my opinion, nice service, excellent live music while you are playing, free drinks (coke, sprite, lemonade etc)..., excellent promotions, a lot of slot machines, ....and the slots have a little bit better payouts than other casinos....in my opinion.....more like Sycuan or Viejas Casino. CON´S regularly crowded on the weekends, you have to wait until you can have a seat in the buffet, there was a time where a security officer at the entrance asked me for an I.D .....(Lol) i´m 35 yrs old, come on........well , anyway, ......the beer for me is not cheap, ....around $4.75 , ......they should put a better price for people who like to drink more than one.....because then i prefer a free drink than buying a beer. Overall, Valley View is one of the best options to have a great time at the casino, excellent music, excellent buffet, excellent service, very clean, the parking is kind of far....but is ok, just remember don´t go on the weekends at night (very crowded) and for the waiting time at the buffet ....worth it at the end.....

Do not park in the valet. They will damage your car. I parked my car in the valet and the employees bold face lied to management about damaging my car. I have a ruined bumper on my 1 year old car. Damages are estimated at $527.64!!!!!! They refuse to pay for the damages. Do not GO TO VALLEY VIEW unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars to have your car fixed!!!!!

The buffet is the best in the area , now onto the rest of my review. DON'T GO. It is crowded !! Buses from any and every city they can pull a bus up to.

You can't get near a slot machine at times because they have a weekly "more play" where they give away a few bucks of free play. It brings in the cheap and scum.It is not worth it.

They do have a nice new non-smoking area but it is also crowded. They have daily giveaways where you bring in a "coupon" for a drawing and wait in a HUGE line to turn it in (last time I did this I won $4 bucks) yes right, not worth it.

It used to be that Elite club members really got treated special, no more. they have made a HUGE percentage of the players elite so you no longer get the "front of the line" for the buffet nor anything worth waiting for.
