I was part of a bus tour to this casino. It was one of the WORST trips I have ever experienced. Their system is convoluted, requiring anyone who participates to "JUMP THROUGH HOOPS" and us set up to fail. I was either ignored or totally dismissed when inquiring on how to redeem their free coupons issued as part of the tour bus to Tachi Casino. I was so DISGUSTED with their lackluster attitude I spent the rest of the trip in my hotel room watching T.V. I could have stayed home to do this - FOR FREE!!!
My best advise to everyone who is considering going to this dirty place is to not go, in fact the best way to win at Tachi is by not going, it definitely is worse and worse and there is no signs of any improvements to the quality of service (non existent) the place and slot machines are dirty, slot machines are tighter than ever, casino personnel lacks any customer service skill or attitude, simply put, there is nothing good to say about this place
Description to this casino is quite simple: Quite possibly the worst casino in California, it is quite obvious many people have stopped going there because of their super tight slots and most people who still go are those who bring 20-40 bucks to gamble, Tachi has scared away the bigger risk takers like myself who much prefer driving longer distance for better chances, better places, better service and better everything, I believe Tachi's owners and management greed will eventually take its toll on their business, they're really not managing the casino very well, the good thing is that we have many options, it's just a matter of driving longer but it's worth it even if you lose at the other places too, at least you get to go to much nicer places, people, better food and customer service, Tachi is a sure place to lose your money no matter how long you play or what you play.
We stopped at Tachi recently after not having visited since 2008 or earlier. It still had too many 2 cent machines and the self serve beverage area was gone.
Its close by for me, but the slots have gotten super tight. Unfortunately, I cant go that often. I haven't seen anyone really doing good when i go, nor do they seem that busy. I really used to enjoy this place.
